How do I cancel my subscription?
One click in the dashboard - Settings - Cancel. It stays active until the end of the paid month. No notices, no windows, no phone calls.
Are there hidden fees or extra packages?
No. You pay one monthly price. No activation fee, no implementation fee, no add-ons. A VAT invoice is emailed after every payment.
Can I test it without a credit card?
Yes. The Free plan gives you 10 AI posts per month. No card required. Generate your first posts for your own industry, assess the quality, and only then decide on a paid plan.
What if I do not pay the invoice on time?
The subscription is paused after a few days. We do not publish posts. We do not report you to BIG, KRD, or other debtor databases. You come back when you can.
Will AI generate Polish texts for my industry?
We use our own AI engine tuned to the Polish market plus your brand profile (sample texts, tone of voice, industry). Posts sound natural in Polish and local. If something needs improvement - click Improve with AI and the engine will rewrite it.
What about Meta and Facebook - do they sometimes block accounts?
That is Meta’s decision, not Publineo’s. We do not control Facebook’s decisions about blocking ad accounts or pages. We help with publishing, but Meta always has the final say. Keep that in mind before you start advertising.
